At Landscaft, we are committed to providing high-quality windows and doors profiles to meet your exact needs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

Due to the custom nature of our products, returns are generally not accepted unless the item delivered is defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was ordered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

2. Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect the item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping (if applicable) will be deducted from your refund.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged during transit, or not as per your order specifications. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at [email protected].

4. Non-returnable Items

  • Custom-cut or custom-designed profiles.
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper installation.
  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery.

5. Shipping for Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/wrong item sent). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
